Limited Warranty Coverage
All Vossir jewelry is covered by a 6-month limited warranty beginning on the date of delivery.
Our warranty covers:

Missing stones upon arrival

Poor craftsmanship or soldering defects
If a defect covered by our warranty appears within the warranty period and is not caused by misuse, we will repair or replace the item at no cost.
What Is Not Covered
This limited warranty does not cover the following:

Tarnishing or discoloration caused by exposure to moisture, perfumes, lotions, sweat, or chemicals

Scratches, dents, or bending due to regular use

Lost jewelry or missing components

Damage from accidents or improper handling

Broken chains or clasps resulting from force, pulling, or snagging

Please note: 925 sterling silver may naturally tarnish over time, which is normal and not considered a manufacturing defect.
How to Submit a Warranty Claim
If you believe your jewelry has a manufacturing defect covered by our warranty, please contact us:
Include the following:

Clear photos or video showing the defect
Our team will review your claim and respond within 2–3 business days.
If approved, we will either:

Repair the item

Replace it with the same or a comparable model
If the item is no longer available, store credit may be issued.
Warranty Shipping Guidelines

Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us for inspection.

If the claim is approved, Vossir will cover the shipping cost to send the repaired or replacement item back to you.

If the claim is denied, return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
If the damage is not covered by our warranty, we may still offer a paid repair service depending on the jewelry type and level of damage.
