Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns (wrong size, changed mind, etc.).

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, Vossir will cover return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
Include clear photos and your order number so our team can assist promptly.
We will provide a replacement or refund depending on product availability.
Refunds
